（I am looking for a nice, affordable cat breed, (preferably below $40, not including, additional costs such as food) I would like to know of a very loving breed that will follow me around, allow me to hold it, and beg for attention. I have 2 persian cats, one male and one female, and am looking for another breed that would get along with them. ）

No breed is really friendly or non-friendly. It has more to do with the individual cat and their socialization and experiences. I worked at the Humane Society for a few years and some of the sweetest and most laid back cats were ones who came from horrible homes and were just looking for someone to love them. Adopting a shelter cat is a very rewarding experience and helps to support rescuing animals in the future. Also, instead of spending $400 on just the cat you can spend $300 on the cat and EVERYTHING the cat needs.
